The short version: you can delete your account and all its data yourself, any time, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in to WorkPin.
- Open the menu › Account & security.
- (Optional) Download your data as CSV under Your data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm with your password.
What gets deleted
- Your account and business profile, including your logo.
- All customers, map locations, works, notes and photos.
- Stock items and history, invoices, payments and reminders.
- Notification subscriptions and in-app notifications.
Shared invoice links stop working immediately. Data is removed from our live systems at once and from backups within 30 days. Minimal security logs (for example a record that a deletion happened) may be kept for up to 12 months where needed to protect the service or meet legal duties.
Can’t sign in?
Email vipzlab@gmail.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request, and will complete it within 30 days.
Deleting a single customer
If one of your customers asks you to remove their details, open the customer and choose Delete customer.
